Admission Process

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

 

Parents who have inquired with us are intimated through SMS/Phone Call regarding the exact schedule of issue of application forms. Forms are available at the city office as mentioned above.

 

1. PROCUREMENT OF APPLICATION FORMS

 

Families with more than one child must submit a separate application for each child. The application form and supporting documents must be submitted to the city office within 3 days of receiving the form

 

ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS INCLUDE

 

Proof of date of birth i.e. Birth Certificate, Reports of the previous class
Neither Affidavit nor kundli of date of birth is acceptable. Change of date of birth will not be entertained later.

 

2. REGISTRATION OF APPLICATION FORM

 

The completed application form along with relevant documents must be submitted within 3 working days of having procured the application form at city office.

 

3. INTERACTION WITH STUDENT

 

The interaction is designed to familiarize your child into the school environment, understand his/her strengths and what makes him/her unique. The interaction is scheduled once the completed application form has been submitted.


4. INTERACTION WITH PARENTS

 

Post the Student Interaction, the faculty will meet the parent as well. This is an opportunity for us to meet both parents one-on-one, learn more about your family's goals for your child's education, and answer any remaining questions before admissions decisions are conveyed.

 

 

 

ADMISSION CRITERIA 2024-25

 
Pre-K (Nursery)    :- Children born between 1st June 2020 and 31st May 2021
K-1 (LKG)            :- Children born between 1st June 2019 and 31st May 2020
K-2 (HKG)           :- Children born between 1st June 2018 and 31st May 2019
Grade 1               :- Children born between 1st June 2017 and 31st May 2018
 
 
VISITING HOURS
 

Prospective parents can visit the school and its campus any time between
09:00 AM to 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Monday to Saturday.

 

ADMISSION PROTOCOL

 

Key Stage 1 (K1 to Grade 2)

 
No test will be conducted for entrance into K1.

A language comprehension exercise is conducted for children seeking admission into Grades K2, 1 and 2.

 

Key Stage 2 (Grade 3 to Grade 9)

 
A Written test in language and math is conducted for students seeking admission into Grades 3 through 9 to gauge grade readiness.
